Abstract

Статья посвящена методическим рекомендациям по проведению научной экспертизы проектов нормативных правовых актов, в частности, их основным составляющим элементам, с помощью которых возможно выявление недостатков в исследуемом проекте правового акта: криминогенных и коррупциогенных норм.
