Abstract

В работе анализируются различные подходы к определению понятий «жилище» и «жилое помещение», имеющие определяющее значение для дальнейшего рассмотрения сущности социально-экономического права на жилище. На основе проведенного исследования сформулировано обобщенное понятие конституционного права на жилище.
