Специфика Бюджетных Рисков Территории И Пути Их Минимизации

Abstract

В работе рассмотрены предпосылки возникновения бюджетных рисков, последствия их реализации для параметров местного бюджета. Дано авторское определение бюджетного риска. Сформулирован алгоритм проведения управленческих мероприятий по минимизации рисков с учетом особенностей бюджетной деятельности, предложена модель ситуационного управления бюджетными рисками.
