Оценка Экономической Эффективности Систем Мониторинга Реализации Проектов

Abstract

Цель статьи – исследование проблематики оценки экономической эффективности систем мониторинга. В статье рассмотрены основные подходы к оценке эффективности, проанализированы ограничения, возникающие при использовании затратного подхода к оценке систем мониторинга, с их учетом разработана модель оценки экономической эффективности, основанная на использовании данных, получаемых из систем сетевого планирования и управления рисками проекта.
