Abstract

Методами теоретической микроэкономики изучено явление спонтанных переходов между производственными состояниями предприятия, находящегося в режиме рентабельной реализации товара. Рассмотрены экономические механизмы возникновения спонтанных переходов, введены некоторые характеристики переходов и найдены выражения для их вероятностей. Показано, что в рассматриваемых условиях наиболее вероятны переходы с потерей средств оборотного капитала, соответствующие технологическим и предпринимательским рискам и, в частности, рискам разорения предприятия. Найден средний коэффициент потерь оборотных средств как функция времени эволюции системы, объема предложения и периода цеховых процессов. Обсужден экономический смысл полученных результатов.
