Abstract

В статье анализируется изученная в диссертационном исследовании проблема коррупции. Подчеркивается практическая польза, которую принесут суждения автора об ущербности принципов разделения размеров денежного содержания сотрудников ОВД как одной из детерминант их коррупционного поведения. Подвергаются критике связывание существования понятия «личность преступника» с обвинительным приговором суда и недостаточное количество приведенных диссертантом практических примеров из конкретных уголовных дел.
