Особенности Судебного Разбирательства При Производстве По Уголовным Делам Отдельных Категорий Лиц

Abstract

В статье перечислены особенности, на которые должен обратить внимание суд (судья) в ходе рассмотрения уголовного дела по отдельным категориям лиц. Анализу подвергнуты нормы УПК РФ, касающиеся подсудности уголовных дел в отношении отдельных категорий лиц. Обосновывается точка зрения, согласно которой необходимо оставить право рассматривать уголовные дела в отношении отдельных категорий лиц за Верховным Судом Российской Федерации.
