Преступность В России В Зеркале Политической Стабильности

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты количественного исследования роли политической стабильности в детерминации противоправного поведения. Автор анализирует криминологически значимые каузальные связи между указанным фактором и совершением преступлений с агрессивной, корыстной и коррупционной мотивацией в современной России. Рабочие гипотезы, сформулированные в работе, проверяются с использованием статистических моделей, которые получают качественную, в том числе сравнительную интерпретацию. Выявлено, что политическая стабильность в стране не входит в число определяющих криминогенных феноменов.
