К Вопросу Об Особенностях Корпоративно-Правового Статуса Акционера

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности правового статуса акционера как субъекта корпоративных отношений. Анализируются подходы, выработанные наукой и судебной практикой относительно категории правового статуса акционера; выделяются общие и специальные элементы правового статуса акционера. На основании изложенных в статье выводов предлагается использовать дефиницию «корпоративно-правовой статус» как специальный правовой статус акционера.
