Abstract

В статье рассматриваются исторические аспекты возникновения и развития института судебного пересмотра в судопроизводстве Армении. Несмотря на небольшое количество сохранившихся источников о судопроизводстве в Армении в древнейший период, автор приводит достаточно много фактов из истории развития судопроизводства древней Армении и сопредельных государств, которые позволяют восстановить основные предпосылки возникновения и развития данного института в указанный исторический период.
