Abstract

В статье сообщается о новой книге А.В. Клёмина, выпущенной зарубежным издательством для России и стран СНГ. В центре внимания автора Евросоюз и попытки его федерализации. Описываются базовые принципы и методы федерализма, примененные к международной организации; выясняется, как и почему они дают сбой.
