Системный Анализ Модели Контроллинга На Промышленном Предприятии

Abstract

В статье предложена процедура системного анализа модели контроллинга. Процесс формирования множества целей и задач системы контроллинга основан на одной из известных в системном анализе методик построения дерева целей методике Сагатовского. В предлагаемой методике определены шесть уровней иерархии шесть уровней детализации. Построено дерево целей. Описаны элементы системы контроллинга, приведены основные инструменты стратегического и оперативного контроллинга.
