Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, касающиеся процесса управления стимулированием инновационной деятельности на примере трех нефтеперерабатывающих заводов Российской Федерации ОАО «ТАИФ-НК», ОАО «Уфимский НПЗ» и ОАО «Московский НПЗ». Приводятся статистические данные, аналитические рассуждения, комментарии и выводы автора о существенных сходствах и различиях в исследуемом процессе. Обозначаются мероприятия, необходимые для его модернизации.
