Основания Применения Временного Отстранения От Должности

Abstract

В статье на примерах из судебной практики, а также на основе статистических данных рассматриваются основания применения временного отстранения от должности. В ходе исследования выявляется необходимость дальнейшего изучения и детальной нормативно-правовой регламентации такой меры процессуального принуждения, как отстранение от должности, ввиду недооценки ее эффективности и значимости со стороны органов предварительного расследования.
