О Некоторых Особенностях Правового Статуса Акционера

Abstract

Актуальность рассматриваемой темы заключается в существующих проблемах правового регулирования статуса акционера и объема имущественных и неимущественных прав. В статье рассматриваются особенности акционерного законодательства, исследуется вопрос приобретения статуса акционера при осуществлении им прав и обязанностей, анализируются законодательные ограничения по использованию прав акционерами, а также предложена авторская классификация имущественных и неимущественных прав акционеров.
