Abstract

В статье анализируется формулировка декретов «О земле» 1917 г. и «О лесах» 1918 г. об обращении леса во всенародное достояние. На основе правового анализа подчеркивается разница между понятиями «государственная собственность» и «общенародное достояние», «национализация» и «социализация» земли. Приводятся доказательства того, что большевиками сознательно на короткий период времени не было закреплено право государственной собственности ни на землю, ни на леса, для привлечения широких крестьянских масс при помощи лозунга «народного достояния» в целях захватов крестьянами самостоятельно помещичьих земель.
