Abstract

В данной статье представлены основные компоненты концепции совершенствования системы управления интегрированным объединением как экономической системой. Обоснована необходимость применения системного подхода к осуществлению процесса управления вертикально-интегрированной компанией ОАО «Татнефть». Систематизированы научные подходы в управлении такими структурами, как стратегический, инновационный, ресурсный, маркетинговый и логистический подходы. Определены основные ключевые направления поиска резервов для достижения стратегической цели и обеспечения конкурентоспособности компании.
