Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные подходы к классификации организационных культур, проводится сравнение типологий организационных культур с точки зрения влияния лидера на становление и поддержание культуры, анализируется влияние стиля лидерства на организационный климат, приводятся примеры, демонстрирующие действия лидеров по формированию организационной культуры, описываются механизмы формирования и поддержания клиентоориентированной культуры.
