Выявление Проблем И Перспектив Развития Системы Страхования Профессиональной Ответственности Медицинских Работников

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены результаты проведенного автором анкетирования медицинских работников Ставропольского края. Выявлено, что проблема недостатка средств у медицинских учреждений на оплату страховых взносов, а также проблема обеспечения страховой защитой персонала медицинских учреждений была бы разрешена принятием Федерального закона об обязательном страховании профессиональной ответственности медицинских работников. Данный закон позволит снизить сложившуюся диспропорцию в механизме защиты субъектов правоотношений, а также способен обеспечить повышение качества работы и ответственности врачей при оказании медицинской помощи пациентам.
