Abstract

В работе рассматриваются противоречия, встречающиеся в правовых и методических документах Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации при определении Перечня коррупционных преступлений. Автором, в целях единообразия правоприменения применения и оценки результативности противодействия коррупции, предлагается закрепить такой Перечень в Федеральном законе «О противодействии коррупции».
