Проблема Приобретения Права Собственности На Объекты Незавершенного Строительства В Современной Отечественной Цивилистике

Abstract

В условиях современных экономических отношений строительство недвижимости приобрело массовый характер, в связи с чем возникли проблемы с вовлечением недостроенных объектов в гражданский оборот. В работе автором рассмотрены Концепция развития гражданского законодательства РФ, Проект федерального закона о внесении изменений в ГК РФ, научные исследования по данной теме и сделаны выводы по следующим проблемным вопросам: о понятии недвижимости и объектов незавершенного строительства, о моменте возникновения и прекращения существования объекта незавершенного строительства, об объекте незавершенного строительства как объекте гражданско-правовых сделок, о сущности государственной регистрации при приобретении права собственности на объекты незавершенного строительства.
