Abstract

Эффективное управление автономным спортивным учреждением предполагает наличие достоверной информации о состоянии дел по всем направлениям экономической деятельности и объективного анализа такой информации с целью принятия оперативных решений и планирования стратегии развития. В работе представлена система нефинансовых показателей в разрезе двух групп: характеризующих отношение клиентов к автономному спортивному учреждению; дающих оценку обеспеченности автономных спортивных учреждений необходимой инфраструктурой (спортивное оборудование, здания) и человеческими ресурсами.
