Определение Границ Государственного Долгового Финансирования В России Как Один Из Аспектов Поддержания Экономической Безопасности Страны

Abstract

В статье рассматривается экономическая безопасность государства приоритетная задача управления финансами любой страны. Это касается и долгового финансирования дефицита бюджетов всех уровней. Экономический кризис 2008 г. внес серьезные коррективы в объемы государственного долга России. Наращивание долгового финансирования поставило вопрос о его безопасном пределе. В мировой экономической практике единого уровня оптимального долгового финансирования не существует. Каждая страна пытается решать для себя этот вопрос индивидуально. Статья рассматривает возможности увеличения объема государственного долга в посткризисный период развития экономики.
