К Вопросу Автоматизации Формирования Инновационной Стратегии Предприятия

Abstract

Актуальность вопроса автоматизации процесса формирования стратегического плана предприятия в инновационной сфере определяется как его сложностью, так и необходимостью оперативной корректировки в условиях динамично изменяющейся внешней среды. На практике процесс автоматизации основывается на использовании специализированных программных продуктов, применение которых связано с рядом проблем, в частности неразвитостью встроенного инструментария экономической оценки осуществляемых действий. В данной статье приведена попытка детализации данной проблемы путем подробного сравнения указанных программных продуктов на основе привлечения квалифицированных экспертов. В статье затрагивается проблема автоматизации формирования инновационной стратегии предприятий Российской Федерации. Приводятся статистические данные и анализ основных программных продуктов, на основании которых можно сформировать инновационную стратегию предприятия (на примере малой нефтяной компании).
