Обеспечение Экономической Устойчивости Предприятия На Основе Адаптивного Управления

Abstract

В настоящее время проблема устойчивого развития предприятия приобретает первостепенное значение, так как устойчивое развитие экономики России достижимо только при экономической устойчивости каждого предприятия. В статье рассматривается обеспечение экономической устойчивости и конкурентоспособности предприятия в условиях воздействия на него факторов внешней и внутренней среды. Предложен концептуальный подход к достижению экономической устойчивости предприятия, в основу которого заложено адаптивное управление факторами внутренней среды, с целью учета факторов внешней среды и приспособления к требованию рынка, обеспечивающее конкурентное преимущество, конкурентоспособность и устойчивость предприятия. Данный подход увязывает конкурентоспособность, экономическую устойчивость и адаптивное управление предприятием.
