Abstract

Одним из стратегических направлений развития инновационной деятельности в России является расширение участия частного капитала в ее инвестировании. В статье проанализирован опыт применения отечественной институциональной формы закрытых паевых инвестиционных фондов венчурных инвестиций (ЗПИФ ВИ). Выявлены место и роль данного механизма в системе инвестирования инноваций в России. В работе обоснован вывод о необходимости обращения к международной практике венчурного инвестирования в части использования организационно-правовой формы limited partnership как образца для создания «посевных» венчурных фондов и участия в их капитале средств индивидуальных частных инвесторов.
