Abstract

Характерными чертами экономического роста в настоящее время являются интеллектуализация основных факторов производства и инновационное развитие. Системный анализ организационно-правовых и экономических проблем регулирования экономических отношений в сфере интеллектуальной собственности и предложенные меры по их решению при инновационном развитии экономики страны представляют большой практический интерес и ценность. В статье исследуются особенности и проблемы государственного регулирования экономических отношений интеллектуальной собственности в условиях инновационного развития страны, а также возможные пути их оперативного решения.
