Влияние Положений Статута Лиги Наций На Интересы Государств, Не Входивших В Ее Состав

Abstract

В рамках представленной научной статьи проведен подробный правовой анализ положений статута Лиги Наций, затрагивающих интересы третьих государств. Особое внимание автор уделяет ст. ст. 11, 17-20, в которых закрепляется неравное положение третьих государств по отношению к государствам-членам Лиги Наций. При этом в статье приведены примеры практической деятельности Лиги по урегулированию международных конфликтов. Эти примеры позволяют утверждать, что Лига Наций рассматривалась, в том числе и третьими государствами, как гарант международного мира и беспристрастный посредник при урегулировании конфликтов.
