Abstract

В статье рассмотрена уголовно-правовая характеристика контрабанды применительно к незаконному ввозу-вывозу через таможенную границу России алкогольной и иной спиртосодержащей пищевой продукции. Кроме того, определены спорные вопросы квалификации контрабанды алкогольной продукции, а также сделана попытка их разрешения на основании действующего законодательства, сложившегося понимания основных положений уголовного права, а также правоприменительной практики.
