Abstract

Der Artikel des deutschen Experte in der Korruption ist viel erkennbar. Mit dem Artikel von Helmut Kury haben wir die ausgezeichneten Schaetzungsuebersicht der Forschungen der Fremdautoren zu Korruptionsprobleme in Europe und Deutschland empfangen. Es sind die voelkerrechtliche Quelle der Korruptionbekaempfung vorgefuehrt. Man vergleicht sich einige Seiten der Korruption in verschiedener Staaten. Es gibt ebenfalls die Anschauungstabelle. Erkennbar ist auch die Information ueber die Taetigkeit der Internationalen Organisation, Transparency International, spezialisierende sich in Korruptionbekaempfung. Als Offenbarung und Neuheit wird es fuer russischen Lesern sich ueber die Einzelheiten der Korruption in Deutschland erkundigen. Alle diese Angaben, gewissene nur fuer enge Kreise von der Spezialisten, sind nuetzlich fuer jeden Leser und fuehren uns ins Problem hoechstens ungezwungen und sogar elegant hinein.
