Abstract

В статье делается попытка рассмотреть процедуры заключения, изменения и расторжения гражданско-правового договора. Приведены стадии процедуры формирования договора, отмечены такие процедуры заключения договора, как процедура преддоговорных отношений, процедура формирования оферты и акцепта, процедура признания договора заключенным. Проводится отличие процедур изменения, расторжения и исполнения договора.
