Abstract

В статье проанализирована эволюция теоретико-методологических взглядов на исследование земельной ренты по направлениям: классическое, марксистское, неоклассическое и современное. Проблема земельной ренты рассмотрена как комплексная, постоянно усложняющаяся экономическая категория. Выявлены наиболее актуальные вопросы в анализе рентных отношений в современных условиях.
