Abstract

В статье на основе норм действующего гражданского законодательства и с учетом специфики таких объектов гражданских прав, как произведения архитектуры, в том числе в виде проектов, анализируется соотношение договора на выполнение проектных и изыскательских работ с договором авторского заказа, а также с договорами по распоряжению исключительным правом.
