К Вопросу О Признаках Условной Сделки

Abstract

Статья посвящена одной из проблем сделок, совершенных под условием. Автор исследует такой признак сделки как наступление условия в будущем. На основе анализа существующих мнений автор аргументирует свою точку зрения на вопрос о том, являются ли условными сделки, в которых условие наступило ранее момента совершения самой сделки. Рассматриваются случаи, когда данное обстоятельство не было известно сторонам, либо было известно одной или обеим сторонам.
