Abstract

В данной статье представлен обзор событий, происходивших на финансовом рынке в 2007-2008 гг. Автор рассматривает взаимосвязь между макроэкономической политикой, которую проводили монетарные власти США с начала 80-х гг. XX в. до настоящего времени, и теми рисками, которые сконцентрировались в финансовой системе и, в итоге, привели к кризису. Автор подробно останавливается на механизмах усиления и развертывания данного кризиса, дает им свою оценку.
