Оценка Эффективности Использования Земель При Различном Уровне Интенсивности Производства

Abstract

В статье проанализировано влияние балла бонитета на урожайность подсолнечника применительно к условиям Краснодарского края. Дана оценка влияния природно-климатических и экономических факторов на результаты деятельности предприятий Новокубанского района при применении различных технологий: сложившейся, адаптивной ресурсосберегающей и интенсивной. Проведен анализ динамики рентного дохода по плодородию, выявлены зависимости, характеризующие влияние производственных затрат на уровень дифференциальной ренты II. Дана сравнительная характеристика различных форм ренты при применении различных технологий.
