Abstract

В статье рассматривается одна из возможных причин сохранения сырьевой направленности России недооценка нематериальных активов, незадействование механизмов законодательного оформления и регулирования, научного обоснования и практического применения такого ресурса, как нематериальные активы. Инновации и НМА нужно создавать целенаправленно. Создав необходимые условия, этим процессом можно управлять. Также требуют разработки методы учета и использования на практике таких видов НМА, как деловая репутация, бренды и т.д., а также системы поощрения разработки объектов интеллектуальной собственности внутри страны. Необходимо дальнейшее совершенствование институциональных основ экономической деятельности.
