Организационная Структура Государственных Вузов: Гражданско-Правовой Аспект

Abstract

Эффективность системы внутривузовского управления должна быть обеспечена на уровне нормативно-правового регулирования отношений, формирующих организационную структуру вузов, в том числе государственных вузов как непосредственных проводников государственной политики в сфере высшего профессионального образования. В статье анализируются особенности организационной структуры государственных вузов как юридических лиц, а также факторы, ее определяющие. Указанные особенности рассматриваются на примере процедуры формирования органов государственных вузов, их компетенций и взаимодействия между собой в процессе формирования воли государственного вуза как юридического лица.
