Гражданско-Правовая Сущность Деятельности По Строительству Объектов Нефтегазодобывающих Производств

Abstract

Сущность исследуемой деятельности раскрывается через анализ таких объектов гражданских прав, как объекты нефтегазодобывающих производств. В отличие от обычных объектов гражданских прав, объекты нефтегазодобывающих производств являются специальными в силу образования в их совокупности системы вещей (сложных вещей). Особенности последних обусловливают необходимость и целесообразность выделения их (совокупности системы вещей) в качестве единого сложного объекта гражданских прав. Рассмотрение гражданско-правовой сущности деятельности по строительству объектов нефтегазодобывающих производств будет способствовать развитию законотворческого процесса, а также правоприменительной практики в отношении этой деятельности, позволит сформулировать научно обоснованные предложения по совершенствованию действующего законодательства.
