Abstract

В статье автор на основе анализа правоприменительной практики исследует типичные ошибки, связанные с назначением судебно-медицинской экспертизы по делам о побоях и причинении легкого вреда здоровью. Автор приходит к выводу, что мировые судьи и дознаватели допускают огромное количество процессуальных нарушений, которые могут повлечь за собой сомнения в допустимости, достоверности и полноте заключения эксперта.
