Ограничение Свободы В Системе Видов Наказаний По Уголовному Кодексу Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье дается юридическая характеристика наказания в виде ограничения свободы по УК РФ, прежнего по названию, но нового по существу, показывается карательное его содержание, правовые условия назначения судом и устанавливаемые осужденному ограничения прав и свобод, порядок отбывания и исполнения данного наказания, правовые последствия злостного уклонения осужденного от его отбывания.
