Abstract

В статье рассматривается экономическая природа платежей за ресурсы и методологические подходы к изъятию абсолютной и дифференциальной природной ренты в бюджет, пути совершенствования налогообложения добычи полезных ископаемых. Платежи за пользование природными ресурсами как финансовый источник для инновационного развития экономики. Высказывается точка зрения автора на идею внедрения в долгосрочной перспективе налога на добавочный доход, реализуемого в виде ресурсно-рентного налога, налога на дополнительный доход или дополнительного налога на прибыль добывающих организаций.
