Формирование Модели Нефтехимического Кластера В Республике Татарстан

Abstract

В работе проведен анализ формирования внутренних корпоративных связей нефтехимического кластера РТ, разработана модель нефтехимического кластера РТ. Данная модель включает предприятия нефтехимического кластера РТ, структурированных по видам деятельности: 1) отрасли перерабатывающей промышленности; 2) сферы услуг; 3) инфраструктуры; 4) образование; 5) государственный сектор. Особенностью и ключевой характеристикой построенного кластера является наличие в нем системообразующего ядра компании, осуществляющей процесс интеграции, выработки и внедрения единой стратегии корпоративного управления.
