Abstract

В статье предпринята попытка анализа положений Проекта федерального закона «О внесении изменений в Федеральный закон «О несостоятельности (банкротстве)» и иные законодательные акты Российской Федерации» в части совершенствования реабилитационных процедур», разработанного Министерством экономического развития и торговли, рассматриваются его достоинства и недостатки.
