Повышение Продовольственной Безопасности Региона В Современных Условиях

Abstract

В связи с переходом отечественной экономики к рыночным формам хозяйствования возникла необходимость в изменении форм и методов ведения производственной деятельности предприятий агропромышленного комплекса. Серьезные институциональные изменения в сфере управления, неполное и неточное выполнение требований рыночных законов привели к снижению объемов сельскохозяйственной продукции при одновременном увеличении затрат на ее производство, в связи с чем остро встал вопрос о повышении продовольственной безопасности региона и страны в целом. В разработке системы мер по реализации всех факторов совершенствования антикризисного управления и повышению продовольственной безопасности заключаются актуальность темы научной работы, научный интерес и практическая значимость поднимаемых и решенных автором вопросов.
