Abstract

В статье показывается значение антикоррупционной экспертизы муниципальных нормативных правовых актов как средства противодействия коррупция. Показано, какие нормативные правовые акты приняты в районных и городских муниципальных образованиях в Республике Татарстан по вопросам антикоррупционной экспертизы.
