Налоговая Политика России В Условиях Кризиса

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы эволюции российской налоговой системы. Примечательно, что первоначально широко использовался опыт зарубежных стран. По мере становления налоговой системы РФ заметно стала проявляться национальная окраска в формах, методах, принципах налогообложения, свойственная специфике отечественных финансов и экономики. Наметилась и утвердилась российская школа налогов, созданная учеными-налоговедами, такими как Д.Г. Черник, В.Г. Пансков, М.В. Романовский, Л.П. Павлова и др., внесшими существенный вклад в развитие отечественной налоговой науки и практики. При этом возникает необходимость эффективного использования налогового механизма в качестве государственного регулятора экономики в период кризисных явлений.
