Abstract

Легализация доходов, полученных преступным путем, называется «отмыванием денег», и оно уже стало международным социальным недугом. Отсутствие опыта сотрудничества между РФ и КНР в борьбе с отмыванием доходов от преступной деятельности является актуальной проблемой, требующей решения.
