Abstract

В настоящей статье дается аналитическая и сравнительная характеристика принятых за последний год нормативно-правовых актов, направленных на предупреждение, расследование и судебное рассмотрение преступлений, в том числе коррупционных. Автор подробно останавливается на изменениях и дополнениях, внесенных в УК и УПК Федеральным законом № 141 от 29 июня 2009 г.
