Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам долгосрочного развития отрасли железнодорожных перевозок Российской Федерации. Рассмотрены основные направления данного развития согласно федеральной национальной программе «Развитие транспортной системы России (2010-2015 годы)» и Стратегии развития железнодорожного транспорта Российской Федерации до 2030 года. Определены предпосылки для долгосрочного планирования деятельности транспортной инфраструктуры страны, а также выделены факторы риска, в основном касающиеся финансирования предусмотренных проектов.
